「芝士拉絲泡菜炒飯」

材料:-
泡菜(切細)................240g
白飯..........................2碗
大蔥(切細)................1棵
Mozzarella 芝士碎....1杯
韓國醬油..................2湯匙
韓國辣椒粉...............1湯匙
啡糖..........................1茶匙
紫菜碎/海苔碎..........適量
烤香芝麻...................適量

做法:-
1. 熱油鍋下大蔥,炒香後,加入泡菜炒均勻。
2. 從鍋邊加入韓國醬油和啡糖,然後下韓國辣椒粉炒均勻拿出與白飯混合。
3. 熱油鍋下已混合之泡菜飯,舖平和稍為按壓,然後下Mozzarella芝士,蓋上鍋蓋烤3分鐘至芝士溶化和煎出鍋巴,然後以對摺形式上碟。
4. 最後加入海苔碎和烤香芝麻便可。
